If you received a brochure you can fill in the reservation form and mail it, fax it, or simply call our reservations department at 800-777-4224. You can request a deviation from the standard air schedule by contacting our reservations department. We can change the departure city in the US and Canada and the travel dates, but we cannot change the destination cities or add stopovers. If your travel needs require this we can offer an air credit and allow you to do your own air arrangements. Passengers that do their own air or deviate are responsible for their own transfers. There is a fee to request a deviation of $75.00 per person. What if I don't need Prestige World Travel's provided airfare? We can offer passengers an air credit and let them manage their own airline reservations and arrangements. Transfers will not be provided by Prestige World Travel when you do your own air reservations. What if I have special seat or other requests? We will request seat assignments for all passengers based upon their requested preferences, but cannot guarantee seat requests will be honored Can I choose a particular airline? We cannot accept requests for specific airlines or routings, as we contract with the airlines for blocks of seats for the entire group. When will we get our airline schedule? We will send a confirmed air schedule to all booked and confirmed passengers 30 days prior to your trip. Actual tickets will be sent with your final documents 10-14 days prior to departure. Airlines scheduled are subject to change and re recommend you reconfirm all flights 72 hours prior to departure. Documentation Will I need a passport or visa? We highly recommend that all of our passengers carry a valid US Passport for all travel programs. On many International programs, Passports are mandatory. Please ask the reservations agent at the time of booking. Please also see our links page for links to helpful sites to answer specific questions about where to get a passport and if you need a Visa. When we will receive our confirmation? Confirmation packages are sent within seven days of your initial reservations. Included in your package will be your insurance certificate if paid for, a request for additional information so we can serve you better, your invoice and receipt for deposit. We also include another copy of the brochure so you can invite a friend! When will we receive our final documents? Your final documents package will arrive 10-14 days prior to departure. Included will be your airline tickets, cruise or tour tickets, itinerary, emergency contact information, name badges and general information about your trip. Luggage How much luggage can I take? Due to limitations on the motorcoaches and airlines, passengers are limited to one large suitcase and one carry on bag, per person. In addition to this you are allowed camera bags, purses and other small bags as needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. I have heard the airlines are much more strict about what we can carry on, what are the new rules? The rules of travel have changed. Please use common sense when packing your bags. Included in your final documents package will be a comprehensive guide to new security rules, carry on luggage and what you should not take. Baggage limits and guidelines will also be included in your final documents. General Policies How can I pay for my trip? Prestige World Travel gladly accepts checks, money orders, American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. What if I need to cancel? In each confirmation package is the cancellation schedule for your particular vacation. Please review it and call us with any questions. If you need to cancel contact our reservations department immediately so we can take care of canceling all the components of your trip for you and avoid unnecessary cancellation fees. |
